Vacancy: Administration Assistant

We are recruiting! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant (12-month FTC, 25 hours per week) to work across several of our teams.

The key focus of the position will be to provide a first-class administrative service to the Resources and Tutor Training Teams, including answering queries, managing workshop admin, logging compliance issues and licence requests, creating, editing, and amending workshop material, sending out materials to candidates, and keeping accurate records of course attendees and volunteers. When required, this role will also support the HR Manager.

Candidates must be very organised with great attention to detail and have an approachable, friendly, and professional manner. Candidates must also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and understand the different needs of our Makaton community. Knowledge of MS Office is essential, and full training on our internal IT systems will be provided.
