The Charity is recruiting for a Tutor Training & Development Manager to supervise, co-ordinate and support our Tutor training events, mailings, and Tutor licencing activity in support of the Charity’s mission, vision and values, and the achievement of the business objectives.
Key activities include planning, coordinating, and preparing resources for Tutor Training, Revision Sessions, and Tutor workshops, producing monthly reports for the senior team based on current pipeline/ Tutors/ Trainers/ revenue data, and co-ordinating and supporting the processing of Tutor licencing.
This is an exciting role where the successful candidate must display strong customer relationship management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders with different requirements and needs. Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills are key, and the successful candidate will have a calm manner, react proactively, and be solutions driven. Knowledge of MS Office is essential, and full training on our internal IT systems will be provided.

This is a permanent position, ideally 28 hours per week. Hybrid
working will be available and some hours worked in our Frimley office
would be desirable.
