We are recruiting! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant (6-month FTC, part-time, up to 25 hours) to work across several of our teams.
The key focus of the position will be to provide a first-class administrative service to the Resources and Training Teams, including answering queries, managing workshop admin, logging compliance issues and licence requests, editing and amending workshop material, sending out materials to candidates and keeping accurate records of course attendees and volunteers. On occasion, this role will also support the HR Manager with some tasks.
Candidates must be very organised and detail oriented, and have an approachable, friendly, and professional manner. Candidates must also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively and understand the different needs of our Makaton community. Knowledge of MS Office is essential, and full training on our internal IT systems will be provided.
