We are recruiting! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Membership Engagement Officer to support our Makaton membership team with engagement and retention, via connecting with our members.
The key focus of the position will be on generating engaging content within the MakaChat eCommunity and understanding what members needs are through questioning and working with our Ambassador network.
We are looking for a candidate who has good copy writing and proof-reading abilities and will help to plan and manage member events, as well as monitor member feedback and help generate ideas and leads for content. Candidates will be collaborating extensively with our network so must be interested in engaging with and understanding disabilities as well as the wider Makaton user community.
Key skills include excellent problem-solving abilities, an understanding of how to interpret data, flexibility, and a willingness to work with many different groups of people.

The closing date for this vacancy was 18th February 2022, with a start date as early as possible after 28th February. This is a 6 month, FTC for 21 hours per week (preferably over 3 full days).
